Petra - Three Part Series - The People

Petra unlike most historic sites is not a dead city.  The Bedouin still live there moving in and out calling the area home.   Most of course survive off the tourists and travelers, which is both good and bad.  Other folks, come in from town to make a living.  While the remaining visit for a few short days once in their life.  

Here are the people of Petra:

A young bedouin living between cultures, roasting tea and wearing western clothes.

Three young women cross the desert.

Three men and their steeds.

A guard complete with knife, guard and a bandolier.
